Targeting the sweet spot between pixel density and outdoor viewing distance (optimal viewing distance: 3-30m), its 3.076mm pixel pitch delivers sharp, detailed visuals without excessive pixel waste, making it ideal for medium-to-large outdoor displays ranging from 10㎡ to 500㎡. What sets it apart from conventional outdoor modules is its integrated protective design—waterproof, dustproof, and with triple-proof coating on the drive surface—combined with GKGD’s exclusive energy-saving drive technology and heat dissipation optimization, ensuring stable operation in -20℃ to +60℃ environments, resisting heavy rain, strong wind, and UV radiation. Note: This product should not be used in high temperature, high humidity, high salinity or alkali environments. 1. Extreme Weather Resistance – Built for Outdoor Harsh Environments
Unlike indoor modules, the GKGD P3.076 outdoor module adopts a multi-layer protective structure to combat outdoor challenges. The drive surface is coated with a triple-proof coating process, enhancing the module’s resistance to moisture, dust, and corrosion. The module uses a flame-retardant V-0 grade PCB and PC housing, ensuring safe and stable operation even in complex outdoor environments. The edge is sealed with professional waterproof strips, achieving IP65 front protection (lamp surface), effectively preventing rainwater and dust from entering the module and causing damage. This comprehensive protective design ensures the module’s stability and durability in outdoor scenarios, in line with the product specification requirements.
2. Sunlight-Readable Brightness & Intelligent Dimming – Energy-Saving & Eye-Protective
To solve the problem of unclear display under strong sunlight, the module is equipped with high-brightness SMD1415 LED chips, with a white balance brightness of ≥4500 cd/m², ensuring clear visibility even in direct sunlight at noon. The 14-bit grayscale and high contrast ratio (8000:1) ensure that colors remain vivid and true even in strong light, solving the problem of color fading in traditional outdoor modules. The module supports stepless dimming, which can be adjusted according to ambient light intensity, not only saving energy but also avoiding light pollution to surrounding residents. Additionally, the color temperature can be adjusted between 3000~21000K, adapting to different outdoor display scenarios and meeting diverse user needs.
3. Efficient Passive Heat Dissipation – No Fan, No Noise, High Stability
Outdoor modules face severe heat accumulation under long-term sun exposure, which easily leads to lamp bead burnout and IC failure. The GKGD P3.076 module uses a high-strength aluminum alloy bottom shell with integrated heat dissipation ribs, combined with a copper substrate and thermal conductive silicone, to quickly transfer heat to the cabinet . The passive heat dissipation design (no fan) eliminates noise and avoids dust entry through fan vents, ensuring stable operation in dusty or sandy outdoor environments . Through thermal simulation optimization, the module’s operating temperature is controlled within 55℃ even in 60℃ outdoor high temperatures, significantly reducing failure rates and extending service life.

The module adopts the standard 320mm×160mm size, which is perfectly compatible with 960×960mm die-cast magnesium alloy cabinets (3 modules horizontally × 6 modules vertically per cabinet), enabling seamless splicing with a gap of <±0.1mm. The quick-lock splicing design allows installers to complete cabinet assembly in 10 seconds per unit, significantly improving construction efficiency. For large-scale projects, the module supports batch calibration (pixel-by-pixel, module-by-module, cabinet-by-cabinet), ensuring consistent brightness and color across the entire screen. The back maintenance design allows quick replacement of damaged modules without disassembling the entire screen, reducing maintenance costs and downtime—especially suitable for high-altitude outdoor installations.

The GKGD P3.076 outdoor module adopts high-quality SMD1415 full-color LED lamp beads, which undergo strict brightness and color calibration before leaving the factory. The brightness uniformity is ≥97%, and the chromaticity uniformity is ≤±0.003 Cx, Cy, ensuring uniform display effects across all modules. The chips are also tested for 72 hours of continuous aging and extreme temperature cycling, with a full-screen pixel out-of-control rate ≤1/10000 and an area pixel out-of-control rate ≤3/10000—far lower than the industry average, ensuring stable performance and reducing after-sales maintenance costs for long-term outdoor use.
